The apartment featured a spacious terrace with great views and was located close to JBR beach. Several restaurants and grocery stores were within the same building or nearby, offering good prices and quality food. The modern, clean interior included a nice balcony. Public transport options such as tram and metro stations were within walking distance, providing easy access to Marina Mall and other areas. Check-in and check-out instructions were clear, contributing to smooth service throughout the stay.
