Outside the peak, good rates often appear close to the date here, so booking even a few days ahead can pay off. For December and the festivals, though, book earlier, as rooms go faster.
Resorts on the man-made Palm Jumeirah island start at roughly AED 400 per night in the summer season and are among the dearest in the city. It is the choice for a stay with a beach and pools right by the water.
Hotels with family rooms near the Atlantis Aquaventure waterpark and the Mall of the Emirates with Ski Dubai are the easiest choice. From here it is easy to mix the beach with indoor attractions when it is hot outside.
