A very large apartment featured clean, comfortable furniture and modern facilities. The location was excellent, situated near key places with easy access around the area. Staff were friendly and helpful, with particular assistance from Renie and Kevin of Mint Stay company. The property offered luxury accommodations at Junairak Beach residences. A notably high deposit was required, equal to the apartment cost plus a bank service fee.
