The hotel maintained a very clean and tidy environment throughout the stay. Staff members, including receptionists Mr. Nhamo and Ms. Jessica, provided friendly and helpful service. The room was spacious with all necessary amenities functioning well, allowing connection of personal devices to the TV. Facilities included a large rooftop pool that was never crowded and a well-equipped gym stocked with water and towels. The location offered easy access to restaurants, shops, laundry services, and was within walking distance or a short taxi ride from the metro station.
