View of Dubai skyline from balcony, very nice. Room was big and clean. Staff at reception helpful, especially the Egyptian man. Location good, near waterfront. Facilities all there. Quiet area, no noise at night. Pool looked clean but didn't use it. Breakfast not included but nearby options available. Overall decent stay for the price
