The hotel featured spacious rooms with good-quality mattresses and multiple bathrooms, including an extra toilet. The studios included a large living room, terrace, and a kitchen that could be better equipped. The pool was small but never crowded. Breakfast varied daily and offered enjoyable options beyond the usual European style. The staff, especially Divya, Mae, Naim, and others at reception and breakfast service, were attentive and helpful throughout the stay.
