**Late Check-in Surcharge**
For check-ins after 9:00 PM, a mandatory surcharge of AED 150 applies and must be paid in advance. This is a requirement from the building management, as a GuestReady representative must be present at the time of check-in. To ensure a seamless arrival experience, please provide your estimated arrival time in advance.

**ID Requirement**
In compliance with local regulations set by DET and relevant authorities, a copy of each guest’s passport must be submitted prior to arrival. We strongly recommend uploading these documents immediately after booking confirmation to facilitate a smooth check-in process.

**No Smoking Policy**
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Any evidence of smoking, including smoke odor, ashes, or cigarette butts, will result in a minimum fine of AED 1,800.

**Checkout & Penalties**
Checkout is strictly at 11:00 AM. Unauthorized late checkouts will incur a penalty of AED 1,800. This policy ensures our team has sufficient time to prepare the property for the next guest while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and readiness.
