Haroon was very responsive and provided amazing service while the room was clean, comfortable, with a full city view and balcony overlooking Dubai Downtown, breakfast and dinner had enough variety, the kitchen had a washing machine, and daily cleaning was done, the location was convenient with direct access to Dubai Mall foyer, aquarium, and Dubai Fountain.
